Why don't you publish a price?
Every agency is different — caseloads, headcount, retention rates, evidence volume, and procurement rules all shape your investment in the core platform. Posting a single number would either be wrong for most agencies or force everyone into the wrong shape. A 10-minute conversation gives you a quote that actually reflects your deployment. The exception is the Patrol module, which has published per-officer pricing above.
Why does Patrol have a published price when the platform doesn't?
Patrol is a per-officer module with a predictable footprint, so we can publish two fixed rates: $30 per officer/month for agencies already on another ShieldView module, and $60 per officer/month standalone. The lower rate exists because Patrol builds on infrastructure existing platform customers have already paid for. The core investigative platform stays quote-based because caseload, evidence volume, and unit structure genuinely change what a deployment looks like.
What's included in the platform?
Everything ShieldView offers: AI evidence analysis, case management, court-prep automation, cross-case intelligence, real-time wellness monitoring, burnout/exposure tracking, executive oversight, audit trails, role-based access, CJIS-compliant infrastructure, dedicated implementation, training, and ongoing support. There are no tiers and no feature paywalls today.
What does a three-year partnership look like?
A three-year term locks your pricing for the duration, gives you the strongest ROI, and includes full implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support. It's our default because it produces the best outcomes for the agency and gives our team the runway to embed ShieldView into how your unit actually works.
Can we pay upfront instead of annually?
Yes. We offer a one-time upfront payment option specifically because grant cycles, capital purchases, and year-end fund flushes don't always line up with subscription billing. Tell us about your funding source and we'll structure accordingly.
Do you support grant-funded purchases?
Yes. ShieldView qualifies for JAG, BJA, ICAC, and HIDTA funding. We provide the quote language, scope-of-work, and security documentation your procurement and grant teams need to make their case.
Is CJIS compliance included?
Yes. ShieldView is compliant with the FBI CJIS Security Policy, and every deployment runs on that same foundation — there's no "enterprise" tier needed to get it.
Today, ShieldView is one complete platform at one price. As we grow, we'll introduce optional add-ons — but every existing customer gets every feature, always.
