There are no tiers and no feature paywalls today.
What does a three-year partnership look like?
A three-year term locks your pricing for the duration, gives you the strongest ROI, and includes full implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support. It's our default because it produces the best outcomes for the agency and gives our team the runway to embed ShieldView into how your unit actually works.
Can we pay upfront instead of annually?
Yes. We offer a one-time upfront payment option specifically because grant cycles, capital purchases, and year-end fund flushes don't always line up with subscription billing. Tell us about your funding source and we'll structure accordingly.
Do you support grant-funded purchases?
Yes. ShieldView qualifies for JAG, BJA, ICAC, and HIDTA funding. We provide the quote language, scope-of-work, and security documentation your procurement and grant teams need to make their case.
Is CJIS compliance included?
Our infrastructure is CJIS-aligned and our formal CJIS Security Policy compliance is in progress. Every deployment runs on this same foundation — there's no "enterprise" tier needed to get it.
